New Illustration of Belos, the main villain from the Owl House. Just wanted to draw him in a really dark and menacing way just cause I was in the mood. Kinda putting some emphasis on his genocidal plans.

Took a shot at drawing Lee Falk’s famous character the Phantom. I’ve kinda become a fan of the character quietly since reading finding books of the old comic strips in a second hand book store. Kinda got a little nervous and fussy over the the physique of the character. I was also trying to get a but of wrinkles from the suit in there, the whole time I was using my Phantom figure from NECA that sits on my desk.

New Kohaku POV, this time for the beach. Once again these pictures are meant to be from the perspective of the viewer who is on a date with Kohaku from Dr. Stone. Got more planned for the future so they will be on their way.

WE’VE DONE IT EVERYONE! Another chapter of Kalwa is complete and more importantly, another story arch has been finished. Finishing a story arch is perhaps the bigger accomplishment than just finishing a chapter, as sometimes you can feel kinda trapped in the story for quite a long time as making these pages takes longer than reading them.
Truth be told, this arch was originally meant to be four chapters long, but it was extended to six in order to better develop the characters and make it more impactful. Further more due to Tuscan Comic con last year and prepping for printing, this particular chapter got delayed by longer than I wanted, so apologize there.
I’m about ready to take my first vacation in years and REALLY wanted to finish this chapter before going. The next story arch is already planned and will be MUCH shorter than this one, plus it’ll be mostly a stand alone one too. I just got Pages on my old labtop and have regained the ability to type on that computer and on my phone. In addition to Kalwa I’m also moving on some other projects, such as as story called the Raptor Queen. It’s a character I came up with earlier this year and REALLY love the concept and want to roll on it.
Once I get back from vacation, I really intend to get more active not just making art but doing other things like Youtube and other material. Kalwa will of course be part of it as will other Green Raptor characters so more on that soon! Meanwhile, check out the end of chapter 28.

It’s a double update today for Chapter 28. I’m really kinda pushing to finish this chapter soon as we are so close to finishing it. It’s been a little stressful lately, the day job is really leaving me a bit drained and I’m also trying to prepare for a trip soon. In addition I’m trying to finish up some work to post during my travel time so I’m kinda under a lot of pressure. But finishing this chapter is mostly priority number one.

Guess since it’s Valentines Day its the best time to post this. So this is the first of a series I call Kohaku POV. As I’ve said over social media, I kinda have a major crush on Kohaku from Dr. Stone and these drawings are kinda meant to be a “fantasy like creation.” These drawings are meant to depict Kohaku in a a more modern setting and put the viewer in her date’s point of view. It’s kinda meant to show how art has no boundaries beyond imagination and it be used to create anything, even a date with a fictional character!

Just a few screenshots of what’s going on right now. I was pretty sluggish yesterday as I woke up with a sore throat and didn’t feel that good in the morning. So I kinda stayed off my sites. Feeling better now but still have kinda a cough. Anyway, here’s some previews of what I’m working on.

Well Bane looked like he was such a hit, so of course I just couldn’t live with myself not giving the same treatment to my favorite Bat-Rouge (and favorite supervillain of all the time) the Scarecrow. I’ve always loved this character ever since I first got his action figure from the animated series (I now own three). Sadly it seems DC doesn’t really do that much with the character and lots of youtubers seem to complain he’s such a wasted potential. I personally have an idea for a Scarecrow mini series that I hope to be made into a reality one day to retell his origin and add more development to Mr. Johnathan Crane.
